Life Insurance Solutions Marketing Consultant

Our Life Insurance Solutions Distribution marketing team is at the center of driving growth and innovation across all products and services offered through our business unit. We partner closely with sales, product, underwriting and other key areas to design strategies that deliver measurable results. As a Sr Marketing Specialist/Marketing Consultant you’ll not only be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns but also act as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients. This role combines strategic planning execution, hands-on project leadership, and relationship management to ensure our marketing efforts are impactful, cost-effective, results oriented and aligned with the business unit long-term goals. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) Sr. Marketing Specialist: $66,500-$80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. Marketing Consultant: $74,000- $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and implement marketing plans, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met. Evaluate marketing strategies against defined goals, analyzing results and recommending improvements for future campaigns. Act as the primary account representative for internal and external clients, providing ongoing communication and support throughout projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, resolve conflicts, and manage project logistics such as events, conferences, and incentive programs. Design and execute marketing programs, partnerships, and new channels to achieve annual and long-term revenue objectives. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Thorough knowledge of Brokerage sales distribution and marketing programs, processes, and campaign execution. Relationship-building expertise with all levels of leadership including senior leadership as well as and key stakeholders across diverse business operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to influence and engage audiences. Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet software for planning, tracking, and reporting. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: Thorough knowledge of brokerage sales distribution channels and how they impact marketing strategies and goals of the business unit. Experience in Life Insurance products. Experience in coordinating market and industry research and leveraging competitive and customer insights to build yearly and individual marketing strategies and plans.
