Partner Enablement – Multimedia Learning Developer (Remote, USA)

Partner Enablement Multimedia Learning Developer (Remote, USA) We are looking for a Partner Enablement Multimedia Learning Developer to support global partner enablement programs at a global company. In this role, you will create high-quality multimedia learning assets, including videos, visuals, and eLearning modules that help partners learn, position, and adopt clients' solutions. The emphasis of this role is on hands-on execution and content delivery rather than program ownership or learning strategy. This is a 5-month project (possible extensions), 40 hours per week, remote role in the USA. This is a W2 employee role with Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and a 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Produce and edit learning videos using Camtasia, including demos, walkthroughs, and scenario-based content • Transform existing recordings and SME input into polished, partner-ready multimedia learning assets • Build and update eLearning modules in Articulate Rise, ensuring clarity, structure, and visual quality • Design slides, one-pagers, thumbnails, and training visuals using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign • Apply light instructional design techniques such as chunking, sequencing, and formatting to improve learner experience • Maintain and update learning assets within Docebo LMS, ensuring accuracy and timely publishing • Support Partner Enablement initiatives by delivering consistent, high-quality content on defined timelines Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in multimedia learning development, video production, or enablement content creation • Strong hands-on experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint • Experience editing and packaging technical or partner-facing content • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with SMEs and enablement stakeholders • Bachelor's degree Please submit your resume to our network at http://www.stage4solutions.com/careers/ (apply to the Partner Enablement Multimedia Learning Developer (Remote, USA)) Please feel free to forward this job post to others you think may be interested.
