Senior Manager – Solutions Architect / Team Lead
Job Description:
• Play a critical role in driving growth across various products and services
• Utilize growth sense and technical expertise to guide merchants
• Lead a team focused on driving same store sales through quality initiatives & growth experimentation
• Scale a business pivotal to the company
• Help merchants customize and optimize their first-party digital ordering experience
• Work on high-visibility initiatives alongside cross-functional leaders
• Leverage a data-driven approach to optimize time and merchant resources
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of experience in solutions architecture (commerce experience strongly preferred), sales engineering, growth, product, product ops, strategy/biz ops, or technical GTM roles
• Strong communicator: ability to interface with senior audiences, articulate complex details
• High EQ: able to quickly build rapport + credibility with XFN partners
• Strong growth sense: ability to pull levers to iteratively optimize
• Extreme sense of ownership: proactive in solving ambiguous problems
• Detail-oriented: meticulous attention to detail
