Responsibilities
Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
Requirements
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
Have access to personal computer and strong internet connection

Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals, target audience, and industry trends.
Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content in various formats, including text, images, videos, and infographics, for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Visual Design: Collaborate with graphic designers or use design tools to produce visually appealing content that reflects the brand's visual identity.
Copywriting: Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, captions, ads, and other promotional materials to engage and inspire the target audience.
Content Scheduling: Schedule and publish content on social media platforms using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
Community Management: Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media content is consistent with the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.
Research topics and develop content for various platforms.
