Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing and maintaining arenaflex's land seller products (accommodations, vehicles, travel, insurance, etc.). This includes setting up merchant contract rules, estimating and stock, and progressing special evaluating changes and related added value contributions. You'll also ensure accurate and convenient showcase in all distribution channels to guarantee precise item delivery to arenaflex clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain land seller profiles in the visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant. * Set up and maintain all estimating and other selling rules for all direct land merchants. * Set up design and rules for all electronically associated sellers. * Manage the land item work for new objections. * Screen land items serious climate and suggest and set up edge methodologies where proper. * Participate in investigating of visit management framework innovation issues, and outsider innovation associations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); capability as a contact with outsider suppliers where suitable. * Provide estimating and objective data to marketing materials. * Collaborate with Product Development group on individual seller issues requiring clarity and goal as well as help with inn oversell circumstances. * Assist other arenaflex divisions with questions or issues connected with objections and land item contributions. * Furnish and help arenaflex offices with client goal for land items on a case-by-case basis. * Cooperate with Product Development to create and meet yearly open available to be purchased (OFS) course of events. * Assist Product Activities Facilitator with lodging stock administration, land detailing, and different errands depending on the situation. * Assist with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis circumstances. * Establish and encourage entrusting associations with partner at all levels. * Other duties as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification; or comparable work experience; or identical mix of training and experience. * Basic manager and powerful issue solver with intelligent fixes. * Meticulous and highly coordinated. * Ability to work independently and collectively. * Self-motivated. * Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Viewpoint. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience. * Knowledge of arenaflex projects, strategies, and systems. * Knowledge of arenaflex Reservation frameworks. * Experience with Microsoft Power BI. **Work Environment** This role works in a professional office environment.
