Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, navigate computerized systems, and provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Navigate computerized systems to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a digital banking or payments environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
