Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote or Hybrid South Florida)

Corporate Attorney | Middle-Market M&A | South Florida or REMOTE Our client, a well respected South Florida boutique is hiring a Corporate Associate to support a growing middle-market M&A and transactional practice. This role offers direct partner access, meaningful deal responsibility, and a culture intentionally designed around quality of life and long-term growth. The Work You’ll work closely with an experienced partner on a steady flow of corporate matters, including: • Asset and stock purchase transactions • Mergers & acquisitions • Entity formations and corporate governance • Drafting and negotiating core deal documents • Supporting transactions from early stages through closing Candidates should already have exposure to core corporate work, even if still developing depth.
