Your Profile • Has over 10 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance Services, Private equity. • Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results driven. • Ability to work independently. • Excellent command of English. • Technical expertise in Finance • Strongly interested in analyzing transactions, evaluating strategic opportunities, and valuing companies. • Over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive • You will get support to launch or soar your activity as an M&A advisor. • You will receive more mandates and more significant fees. • You can work wherever you want while supported by a whole back office of deal originators, analysts, bolthires finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, and IT support. • Access to advanced IT tools M&A (in which we have invested $10MM+) to help you get new mandates and locate targets. • An International Investment Banking Umbrella that provides better and bigger deals. • A whole International M&A Network will be at your disposal.
