Key Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day)
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Maintaining our call center database by entering information accurately and efficiently
- Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
- Providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner

Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum one year of Call Center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles
- In-person and/or phone customer service experience, with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software applications
