**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a virtual or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
