About the Role As a Creative Director, this position is responsible for oversight of omnichannel brand visual creative across marketing programs and channels, as well as preserving and enforcing brand codes. This position will create omnichannel brand visuals for seasonal campaigns, oversee art direction and design of all visual creative, inspire/mentor/coach designers and art directors, concept for seasonal campaigns and new marketing programs, work collaboratively with all creative teams in creating holistic brand experience and collaborate with strategic agency partners. This is a leadership role on our creative team. You are an inspiring leader, mentor and coach for art directors and the design team. Reporting to this role will be associate art directors and graphic designers. This position will report into the Senior Creative Director. What You'll Do What You'll Do Lead omnichannel brand and product marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives. Specifically, campaigns will execute home page, email, digital advertising, e-comm and store assets. Execute elevated fashion and still-life photography shoots and video content. As an expert photo art director, you have a keen eye for style, fashion and fun and can execute elevated fashion and still life photography and video content. Direct photo-planning from concept ideation to post-production- including proposing photographers, videographers, stylists and casting, pulling relevant image references, and providing clear post-production direction. Effectively delegate work, while monitoring team bandwidth, finding synergies where possible and collaborating and inspiring teamwork Present creative in various settings, partnering with key senior leaders to garner feedback, create alignment and attain resources Direct and manage the work of digital media agency partners, ensuring the brand visual strategy is preserved and reinforced. Must have extensive experience in paid social media with a focus on video content development, treatment creation, directing and editing. Research competitive landscape across global markets to identify seasonal trends, fashion trends, artistic inspiration and references. Provide the team with insights and background behind goals and required action. Drive Creative team to creative excellence with on-brand, innovative collateral. Who You Are Who You Are 10+ years of design, proven photo art direction experience, including people management BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication Design Proficient knowledge of Adobe CS, InVision, MS, MIRO Experience concepting, designing and art directing campaigns across marketing channels and digital media, with a focus on video/motion and still photography. Passion for fashion/lifestyle retail and understanding of current industry related trends Goal oriented, with demonstrated success in managing through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, complex environment Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills to synthesize, develop, present and build consensus around clear and concise recommendations Well versed in short-term and long-range planning and execution of a portfolio of projects; Experience handling budgets and formulating resourcing plans Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing, developing and motivating large teams of talented and diverse professionals Established skillset in relationship-building, presentation and communication (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
