Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a consistent and cohesive sales approach. Identify and address customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and support. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Becton Dickinson's infection prevention solutions. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in the field. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
