The Opportunity We’re hiring an experienced Professional Liability Territory & Healthcare Lead on the East Coast to help build a profitable, differentiated PL portfolio. Our mission is simple: • Deliver market-relevant solutions • Partner deeply with top wholesale brokers • Remove friction from the underwriting process • Focus on quality, efficiency, and disciplined growth If you’ve been successful in PL underwriting — but feel constrained by the traditional insurance company model — this is your chance to break out of it. What You’ll Do • Own and grow PL business across the East Coast, with a focus on Healthcare, Allied Health, MPL, and Excess • Act as a territory leader, driving submission flow and conversion • Build and deepen relationships with wholesale trading partners (phone, virtual, and in-person) • Underwrite with discipline, creativity, and speed • Help shape appetite, pricing, and portfolio strategy as we scale Titles are flexible (Senior UW, AVP, etc.) based on experience.
