[Remote] Sales Operations Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Levels is a company focused on providing quality protein products and is seeking a Sales Operations Project Manager. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing sales-related projects, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to support the sales organization.
Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day sales operations across retail, wholesale, and key accounts
• Build, maintain, and improve sales processes that support scale and speed
• Ensure pricing, promotions, trade terms, and sales programs are accurately tracked and executed
• Support Sales leadership with deal coordination, account execution, and internal alignment
• Own sales-related projects from kickoff to completion, including launches, retail programs, promotions, and internal initiatives
• Manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and owners using project management tools
• Keep cross-functional partners aligned and accountable to deadlines in a remote environment
• Curate and maintain pricing documents across all customers
• Coordinate with operations to develop and maintain accurate cataloging of all item dimensions, UPCs, and images
• Own sales reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Provide updates to sales and finance leadership on order pacing and performance
• Support forecasting accuracy through disciplined coordination with Finance and Supply Chain
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates to leadership
• Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to ensure sales plans are executable
• Coordinate sales inputs for promotions, retail programs, and new product launches
• Act as the operational connective tissue between Sales and the rest of the organization
Skills
• 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Project Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
• Experience in CPG, supplements, food & beverage, or consumer goods
• Strong operations and project management experience supporting sales teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency in: Project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear, direct communicator comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setting
• Experience working with FDM or leading digital e-commerce retailers in the CPG space
• Familiarity with trade promotion management or retail analytics
• Experience partnering closely with Finance or Supply Chain teams
• Experience scaling operations in a fast-growth company
