Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. • Lead and oversee all facets of operations management, including clinical services, administrative functions, and client engagement processes. • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding service offerings within the longevity medicine sector. • Manage large-scale projects related to program development, process improvements, and technology integration to streamline workflows and elevate client experiences. • Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining operational integrity. • Lead change management initiatives to adapt swiftly to industry innovations, regulatory changes, and organizational growth demands. • Implement robust quality assurance protocols and compliance measures in line with healthcare regulations and best practices.
