Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. • Lead and oversee all facets of operations management, including clinical services, administrative functions, and client engagement processes. • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding service offerings within the longevity medicine sector. • Manage large-scale projects related to program development, process improvements, and technology integration to streamline workflows and elevate client experiences. • Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining operational integrity. • Lead change management initiatives to adapt swiftly to industry innovations, regulatory changes, and organizational growth demands. • Implement robust quality assurance protocols and compliance measures in line with healthcare regulations and best practices. Qualifications • Extensive experience in healthcare operations management with a focus on executive leadership roles such as COO or senior director level within medical or wellness services. • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and managing large teams with supervising experience. • Demonstrated expertise in change management, process improvement, and program management within complex organizational environments. • Strong background in operations management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment. • Familiarity with longevity medicine or personalized healthcare sectors is highly desirable; relevant certifications or advanced degrees in healthcare administration are preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision clearly across all levels of the organization.
