Beth's Beautiful Destinations is seeking a Virtual Travel Experience Designer to support clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences in a fully remote role. In this position, you will assist travelers with vacation planning, itinerary coordination, and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences for leisure travelers
- Communicate with clients to assess travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Manage travel bookings, confirmations, itineraries, and documentation
- Provide professional customer support before and during travel
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and online research
