Legal / Professional Services Search Firm is working with a very high-end midsize law firm and several prestigious, large, top-tier international law firms in Manhattan that are expanding and hiring for multiple openings. The roles include support for Associates, Partners, and Senior Partners across various practice areas, offering fast career growth and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Calendaring, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Billing support and expense reporting
- Managing client communications
- Filing and general legal administrative support
- Acting as a gatekeeper for attorneys
- Supporting administrative projects and reporting
- Coordinating meals, meetings, and event logistics
- Assisting with court and trial preparation (training provided)
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files in accordance with firm procedures
- Conduct research and compile summaries and supporting materials
- Assist with case management and court/trial preparation (training provided)
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and administrative tracking
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and logistics with internal and external contacts
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to ensure timely execution of assignments
