[Remote] Attorney – Insurance Defense & General Liability (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Handle cases involving insurance defense, personal injury defense, and construction defect litigation
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20–30 matters with direct involvement in trial preparation and proceedings
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategic insight
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar license required
- Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- 1–10 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury preferred)
