They are seeking a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical support for client products and services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries using a structured call flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and other client products
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions in databases
- Cultivate positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technology
- Comfortable working in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Availability to work during operational hours: 8 am - 11:30 pm EST, with a rotating schedule based on performance
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
