[Remote] Sales Support Specialist-Digital Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. USA TODAY Co., Inc. is a diversified media company dedicated to empowering and enriching communities. They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support sales representatives and managers by managing sales information, resolving operational problems, and improving efficiency within the Sales Department.
Responsibilities
- Be the resource for all sales processes, business systems, reporting systems, sales tools, and products
- Support all local or virtual office employees with tools training and troubleshooting
- Manage end-to-end workflow of generating, appending, and uploading lead lists for the outside sales team
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Be the point person for resolving issues and escalate when necessary
- Resolve problems by investigating historical data and maintaining knowledge of team initiatives
- Accomplish departmental and organizational goals by learning new skills and responsibilities as needed
- Assist with various sales operations projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience using the Salesforce CRM
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with data entry and analytical reporting
- Ability to balance complex, long-term projects and day-to-day sales enablement responsibilities
- You are technologically savvy and a fast learner
