HRIS Coordinator
HUGO BOSS is a leading premium tech-driven fashion platform aiming to be one of the top 100 global brands. The HRIS Coordinator will support the administration of employee transactions within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency while collaborating with various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain employee data, organizational structure changes, and job information in the HRIS system (SAP)
- Provide administrative support on the data management of all benefit administration platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks
- Assist with the new hire onboarding paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s
- Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Support with large data imports
- Assist with responding, troubleshooting, and resolving IT tickets routed to the SAP HR Team
- Support the HRIS Team to resolve system discrepancies between SAP and other system integrations
- Participate in UAT testing and documentation of new procedures as required
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs
- Participate in other HRIS-related projects and assists in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity
- Exercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees
- HRIS data entry experience preferred, SAP knowledge a plus
- Intermediate Excel experience preferred
