Level 1 Tech Support for MSP Dallas Area
Progressive IT Solutions is a Managed Service Company located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, seeking a Level 1 Technician to support clients both onsite and remotely. The role involves providing basic Windows support, foundational networking knowledge, and understanding of Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support clients onsite and remotely across the DFW region
- Provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW
Skills
- Basic Windows 10/11 support experience
- Foundational networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting)
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD basics, Teams, OneDrive; Intune a plus)
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Drive and ambition to grow into Level 2 responsibilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Ability to provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW
- Professional, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Real-world experience and certifications are valued and preferred
