Business Development Representative
Ubico is a Montreal-based company that provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform. They are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help expand their customer base.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Conduct 80 calls per day
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our Account Executives
- Arrange business meetings/demos with prospective clients
- Develop external network via attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of sales development
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
- Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
