[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechHuman is a woman-owned consultancy focused on connecting excellent people in IT and other industries. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and qualify industry professionals, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide full-circle services for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates on job-seeker platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and others
• Interviewing qualified candidates against highly technical requirements
• Negotiating with key stakeholders and job-seekers in order to connect the interests of each side
• Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews
• Providing full-circle services for candidates (resume writing and formatting, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing, securing offers, and more!)
• Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters to provide the best service possible to our clients and candidates

Skills

• Prior professional experience in Recruiting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation
• A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people
• Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency
• Empathy. We're helping people achieve their career goals and success is paramount!
• Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter within an agency setting
• Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others)
• Experience working in a call center environment
• A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates/clients, lead generation and tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc
