Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more * Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and exceed client expectations * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in Danish and a good command of English * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and well-being.
