Social Media & Email Marketing Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
• Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
• Create high-quality posts using existing photos, videos, and written content
• Develop and follow a consistent posting schedule to drive engagement
• Repurpose existing content into new formats
• Monitor engagement and adjust posting strategy as needed
• Ensure content quality exceeds client expectations
• Build and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign
• Set up automations and segmented campaigns
• Optimize email flows for engagement and conversion
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong experience with email marketing and automations
• Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign
• Ability to follow an established content framework and improve upon it
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently without constant direction
• Reliable communication and responsiveness
