[Remote] Salesforce CPQ Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPG99 INC is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to support a large-scale CRM transformation initiative. This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions and requires strong stakeholder communication and deep CPQ expertise. Responsibilities • Lead discovery sessions and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ (SteelBrick), RLM, and Billing • Provide architectural guidance across quote-to-cash and order-to-revenue processes • Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud design decisions • Support migration from multiple legacy CRM systems into a single consolidated Salesforce instance • Design and work with complex data models supporting subscription and usage-based selling • Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and optimization techniques • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production defects • Lead and mentor senior developers and technical leads • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with a strong focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM) • Hands-on experience with traditional Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and exposure to Revenue Cloud • Strong solution architecture experience across quote-to-revenue and order-to-cash processes • Proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Salesforce declarative tools and configuration • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket • Strong integration experience with ERP, billing, and fulfillment systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms • Excellent understanding of data modeling, data integrity, and Salesforce data architecture • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant • Salesforce Application Architect • Salesforce System Architect Company Overview • Our business consulting services are led by significant domain depth built on a robust technology-driven services platform.
