USA-Based Virtual Assistant for Meta Ads (Part-Time)

Job Description: We're looking for a reliable USA-based Virtual Assistant with experience in Meta Ads Manager. This is a part-time role, averaging 1–3 hours of work per week. Compensation is $250 / month. Your primary responsibility will be to help us with one specific client account. You will take the ad copy and creative provided by our strategist and upload them into Meta Ads Manager to build new campaigns, ad sets, and ads. Because this is for just one client, there won’t be tasks every day—just a couple of times a week. It’s a very light workload, but we are looking for someone dependable who we can count on to follow clear instructions and set things up correctly inside Meta Ads Manager. Important Requirement: This client’s ads fall under Meta’s Social Issues, Elections, or Politics category (even though they are not a political organization). That means you will need to have your identity confirmed with Meta in order to run these ads. If you have already gone through Meta’s Identity Confirmation process, you’re good to go. If not, you must be willing to complete it. It’s a quick and straightforward process: 1. Go to facebook.com/id and request identity verification. 2. Meta will mail you a physical verification code. 3. You upload that code to your account, answer a few basic questions, and confirm your identity. 4, Once verified, you are eligible to run ads in the Social Issues, Elections, or Politics category. This is required by Meta for anyone running these types of ads. What You’ll Do: - Upload ad creatives and copy into Meta Ads Manager. - Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads following clear instructions. - Meet deadlines with tasks assigned at least 48 hours in advance. What You Won’t Do: - Write copy. - Design creatives. - Manage strategy. Hours & Pay: - 1–3 hours per week (varies by week). - Tasks always assigned with at least 48 hours notice. - $250/month.
