Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF) is a Virginia-based, physician-owned radiology group with a long-standing reputation for quality, collaboration, and physician leadership. As we expand into surrounding states, we’re bringing our model of independent, high-quality care to new hospital partners while maintaining the strong infrastructure and culture that have defined us since 1948. We are currently seeking talented radiologists to join our team in the following roles (all positions include benefits unless a 1099 position is desired): Swing Shift Radiologist (up to $50,000 in hiring incentives): This is a remote position with both employed and independent contractor (1099) options available. Available shifts include 2 PM–10 PM ET or 5 PM–1 AM ET, with flexible scheduling options (e.g., 1 week on/1 week off or 1 week on/2 weeks off). An emergency radiology skill set is required, including proficiency in CT/CTA, ultrasound, X-ray, emergent OB, and basic emergency MRI. Compensation is highly competitive, with earning potential exceeding $700,000 annually for radiologists averaging 80 wRVUs per shift. Breast Imaging Radiologist (up to $75,000 in hiring incentives): We have part-time and full-time employed HYBRID positions available in both Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Chesapeake, Virginia. These positions offer a desirable work-life balance with no night or call responsibilities. A home workstation will be provided by our group. We are flexible and can discuss your preferred number of workdays per week and location. For a full-time breast imaging position, the base salary is $450,000 with the potential to easily reach an income range of $500,000 to $525,000 through productivity incentives. PTO 10 weeks. Overnight Radiologist: This remote, employed position involves interpreting emergency department and inpatient imaging studies during the following hours: • Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM ET • Schedule: One week on, two weeks off The candidate will be working with at least one other overnight radiologist. The base salary for this role is $450,000 for a minimum of 58 RVUs per shift, with significant potential for higher earnings. For instance, an average of 80 RVUs per shift could result in an income exceeding $550,000. We are also open to discussing an independent contractor 1099 arrangement, if preferred. General Radiologist – Henderson, NC: We are seeking an on-site or hybrid diagnostic radiologist to staff Maria Parham Health in Henderson, NC: • Full-time, daytime-only schedule — no nights, weekends, evenings, or holidays required • Competitive base salary of $450,000, with productivity incentives pushing total annual compensation into the $500,000–$600,000+ range • Partnership track available, with partners earning $650,000+ • General diagnostic radiology with some fluoroscopy and basic IR procedures • Supportive, collaborative team culture with subspecialty backup and infrastructure from a larger, growing practice • PTO 10 weeks General Radiologist – Chesapeake, VA (Virginia Beach area): We are seeking an on-site diagnostic radiologist to join our growing team in Chesapeake, VA (Virginia Beach area): • Full-time, daytime-only schedule — no nights, weekends, evenings, or holidays required • Competitive base salary of $450,000, with productivity incentives pushing total annual compensation into the $500,000–$600,000+ range • Partnership track available, with partners earning $650,000+ • General diagnostic radiology with some fluoroscopy • Supportive, collaborative team culture with subspecialty backup and infrastructure from a larger, growing practice • PTO 10 weeks • Part-time roles also available // Contact: Dr. Edward Hwang at hwang@rafimaging.com Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
