Key Responsibilities
• Drive the vision and structure of event programming, ensuring impactful conversations for public sector audiences
• Collaborate with editorial teams to shape event materials that translate journalism into engaging experiences
• Research and recruit speakers, manage content execution during events, and monitor relevant public sector trends
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, English, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in event content development or program strategy, preferably in the public sector
• Strong understanding of federal, defense, and state/local government sectors
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Experience leading client-facing conversations while maintaining editorial integrity
