E-Commerce and Marketplace Management Expert

This is a remote position. Negentrix Holding is an educational company whose mission is to facilitate the entry of people into the German labor market through practical training and professional integration. We operate three schools: IT Career Hub, DWW Academy, and Beam Institute of Technology, where we prepare students for in-demand professions and support them from career orientation to their first job. Our target audience is non-native German speakers who have made Germany their new home. We know how to help them integrate into society and realize their professional potential. We are currently seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist/expert who can develop our training materials at a high professional level. Requirements • Deep practical expertisein the field of e-commerce and digital operations. • Ability to communicate complex processesin a clear, structured, and accessible way for international students. • Excellent command of Russian (native / C1) and good working proficiency in German (B1 or higher). • Higher educationin economics, management, logistics, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related discipline. • At least 3 years of professional experiencein e-commerce (preferably in Germany or another EU country) in roles such as: E-commerce Project Manager, Key Account Manager (Marketplace / E-Commerce), Brand Manager (E-Commerce / Digital), Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Consultant, SaaS Solutions Adaptation Specialist. • Experience working with European marketplaces(Amazon, eBay, Ozon, Wildberries, Etsy, etc.). • Knowledge of operational processes, including product catalog management, procurement, logistics, pricing, and daily operations. • Experience with CRM systems and integrations(e.g., Bitrix, HubSpot, RetailCRM). • Basic proficiencyin Excel / Google Sheets, analytics, and BI tools. • Understanding of sustainable development trendsin e-commerce (a plus). • Ability to present operational processes, KPIs, and market logicin a clear, structured, and visual way. • Understanding of AI applications in marketing:automation, personalization, analytics. • Hands-on experiencewith Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO/ASO. • Knowledge of key loyalty and retention metrics:NPS, CSAT, churn rate. • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital service ecosystems. • Experience developing and optimizingcustomer support, retention, and onboarding processes. • Teaching, mentoring, or public speaking experienceis an advantage. • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
