Role Description This is a remote, full‑time position for a Senior Web3 Digital Asset Risk & Allocation Analyst. The role involves analyzing digital asset risks and suggesting optimal allocation strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing allocation strategies for digital assets, assessing risk management frameworks, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with team members to optimize portfolio performance. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills will be essential for collaboration and delivering organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data effectively • Experience in asset allocation and portfolio management, especially in digital asset markets • Expertise in inventory management and developing allocation strategies • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings • Experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, and decentralized finance (DeFi) • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 140,000 – USD 180,000, based on experience and scope of responsibility. The position is fully remote for candidates in the United States and includes flexible work arrangements.
