About the Role

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring excellent service and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to the arenaflex software, using your excellent diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving
  • Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the arenaflex software, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform
  • Developing technical documentation for internal and external use, helping to create a knowledge base that supports our customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues, with a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of self-motivation and organization
  • Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a understanding of the benefits and challenges of cloud-based technologies
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with a knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by vacation rental owners and managers
