**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive a high level of satisfaction
* Maintaining call productivity and quality scores well above minimum standards
* Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business offerings
* Utilizing excellent communication and active listening skills to build strong relationships with customers
* Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and guidance
* Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, completing required training, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Key Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly verbal communication and active listening skills
* Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills
* Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
* Computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are essential
