This role requires current <em>(within the last 4 months)</em> hands-on experience recruiting Travel RNs through both VMS platforms and direct client relationships.</p><p><em>If you do not have recent, active experience recruiting Travel Nurses, please</em> <em><u>DO NOT APPLY</u></em><em>.</em><br></p><h3><strong>Performance Expectations</strong></h3><ul><li>Within your first week, you should consistently submit a minimum of three (3) qualified Travel RN candidates per week</li><li>Success is based on quality, speed, and consistency of candidate submissions and placements.<br></li></ul><h3><strong>Compensation & Structure</strong></h3><ul><li>1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only).</li><li>You control your methods, schedule, and approach — we focus solely on results.</li><li>Recruiters are responsible for their own business expenses (job boards, sourcing tools, networking, etc.).</li><li>Commissions are paid upon successful candidate placements.<br></li></ul><h3><strong>Contract Continuation</strong></h3><p>Ongoing partnership depends on meeting or exceeding outlined performance expectations.<br>Failure to maintain consistent results may result in termination of the agreement at the company’s discretion.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Available to work <strong>full-time or near full-time hours</strong> on a commission-only basis as an independent contractor.</li><li>Must respond to all new job postings within 4 hours. <em>Note: we work across PST to EST so you need to be flexible and able to work across all time zones.</em></li><li>Must respond to all candidate / applicants within 4 hours through text, email, call. <em>Note: we work across PST to EST so you need to be flexible and able to work across all time zones.</em></li><li>1+ years of proven success recruiting Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) across the U.S.</li><li><strong>Current (within last 4 months)</strong> experience with VMS/MSP platforms and direct client placements — required.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate personal performance metrics (submissions, interviews, hires, margins, etc.) during the interview.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to <strong>manage a high volume of requisitions</strong> independently.</li><li>Available to work <strong>full-time or near full-time hours</strong> on a commission-only basis as an independent contractor.</li></ul>
