To be successful in this role, you will have: </p> </div> <div style="margin:0px;padding:0px;"> <ul> <li>Previous customer service and/or call center experience  </li> <li>Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency </li> <li>Excellent communication skills </li> <li>Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding </li> <li>Great problem-solving skills </li> <li>Ability to effectively multi-task </li> <li>High school diploma or GED  </li> <li>Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred </li> <li>Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday </li> <li>Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program </li> <li>Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification </li> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li> <li>Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5,  Ping ms equal to or less than 175)    </li> <li>Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router    </li> <li>Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY   </li> </ul> <p>We are currently <strong>NOT</strong> hiring in the following geographies:   </p> <ul> <li>States: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY  Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, IL – Chicago, NY – New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC, CO – Denver, CO</li> </ul> <div style="margin:0px;padding:0px;"> <p><strong>Below is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position.
