Maxx, you will play a critical role in supporting the purchasing group by accurately and efficiently entering data into internal systems, managing the Corporate Import Demand process, and collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process orders, order amendments, and new vendor account setups with accurate Import data. Meet weekly deadlines for order completion and maintain high-quality output. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and enter data required to generate Purchase Orders (POs). Communicate effectively with various departments, including Global Purchasing Offices, to resolve issues and facilitate PO entry. Escalate system issues to the relevant teams and follow up with appropriate parties when necessary. Regularly update stakeholders on project/task status and ensure timely completion. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support colleagues as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 2 years of administrative experience (new graduates will be considered). Proficient MS Excel skills, with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and suggest solutions. Conversational English skills; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
