Marketing & Revenue Analysis
Position Summary
APT Residential is seeking a motivated, hands-on Marketing & Revenue Analyst to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across its multifamily portfolio. This role is ideal for an entry to early mid-level marketing professional, preferably with multifamily experience, who is eager to grow their skill set across marketing, analytics, and revenue-related functions over time.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Revenue, this position focuses on executing core marketing activities such as property websites, digital advertising, listings management, and performance reporting. As part of a growing and fast-moving organization, this role requires flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to learn by doing. Exposure to revenue management concepts and analytics will increase as the individual develops in the role, but marketing execution remains the primary focus.
This position is fully remote with periodic travel and offers the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling multifamily platform.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Support
• Build, update, and maintain property websites using APT’s PMS website platform.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google PPC campaigns aligned with leasing and occupancy goals.
• Support SEO optimization efforts, website audits, and ongoing content updates.
• Develop and update marketing collateral, both digital and print.
• Coordinate with Internet Listing Service (ILS) partners such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and similar platforms.
• Audit property listings, websites, and online advertising to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and performance.
Analytics & Revenue Exposure
• Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including leads, traffic, conversions, and marketing spend.
• Support analysis of trends related to pricing, occupancy, leasing velocity, and marketing performance.
• Partner with the Head of Marketing & Revenue on testing, optimization, and data-driven decision making.
• Learn and support basic revenue management functions over time, with increasing responsibility as skills develop.
Cross-Functional & Platform Support
• Collaborate with Operations and external vendors to support marketing and revenue initiatives.
• Provide support across properties and projects as priorities evolve.
• Research issues, test solutions, and iterate independently to solve problems and improve outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of marketing workflows, reporting, and tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within multifamily or a related real estate environment.
• Familiarity with property websites, ILS platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO concepts, and web performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and data analysis.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Curious, resourceful, and willing to learn through hands-on execution and experimentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Interest in expanding into revenue management and analytics over time.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Annual/hourly salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 plus an annual target bonus of 10%.
