Below is a description of some of the projects an intern may expect during the course of their internship. OEC - Visualization & Technology Projects: You will be part of our global organization nested within the Global Roche Consulting Chapter. Our department specializes in the laboratory design process within the Sales & Marketing of our Roche Diagnostics product portfolio. The team is based out of Switzerland, Germany, and the US. You will be among colleagues with various backgrounds in the AEC industry, Game Development, and 3D Design & Animation. Key Responsibilities: Assess & shape the current visualization workflow within lab design in Revit & Enscape Establish Best Practices & Guidelines for rendered images, flythrough animations, and virtual walkthroughs with a focus on process efficiency and esthetics. Function as a Liaison to the local US Consulting Organization Support our team in customer projects through our established lab design process Program highlights: Intensive 12-week paid internship Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry Final presentations of project work to senior leaders Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives Professional & personal development curriculum throughout the program, including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities Paired with a 1:1 mentor through the Roche Young Professionals Business Resource Group Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change) Program start dates in May and June 2023 Qualifications: Targeting undergraduate or graduate interns majoring in Architecture. Experience in Revit, Enscape, TwinMotion & general understanding of BIM Passion for new technologies such as Virtual Reality and gaming Focus on design and esthetics. Self driven and motivated, not afraid to take initiative.
