Marketing Automation Manager (Remote)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-24
Description • Own the end-to-end execution of customer-facing email and SMS campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of Wall Street Prep learners worldwide. You will be the single point of accountability for product-launch blasts, limited-time promotions, weekly newsletters, and critical service communications—ensuring every message is flawlessly timed, on-brand, and optimized for conversion. • Architect and continuously refine the marketing automation backbone that powers our lifecycle programs. From welcome sequences to win-back flows, you will map user journeys, build dynamic segments, and set up sophisticated triggers that turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers. • Act as the operational quarterback for cross-functional launches. You will translate product, content, and sales requirements into executable campaign specs, coordinate asset hand-offs with design and copy teams, and shepherd each initiative through QA, legal review, and deployment—never missing a launch deadline. • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks that slow campaign velocity. Whether it’s a brittle workflow, a manual QA step, or an unclear approval chain, you will redesign processes, introduce automation, and create reusable templates that cut production time without sacrificing quality. • Build a bulletproof QA and campaign-launch framework that becomes the gold standard for the marketing org. Your checklists, naming conventions, and test matrices will ensure every email renders perfectly on mobile, every link is tracked, and every send list is compliant with global regulations. • Document everything. You will maintain a living knowledge base in Notion or Confluence that houses campaign playbooks, HubSpot how-to guides, and troubleshooting runbooks so that any teammate can ramp up quickly and execute campaigns at your level of excellence. • Train and upskill cross-functional partners on marketing automation best practices. Through lunch-and-learns, recorded walkthroughs, and one-on-one coaching, you will turn stakeholders into power users who can brief you with crystal-clear specs and realistic timelines. • Develop and maintain real-time HubSpot dashboards that surface lifecycle KPIs—open rates, click-to-open rates, revenue per send, churn prevention, and more. You will slice data by cohort, channel, and creative to uncover actionable insights that fuel continuous optimization. • Translate raw performance data into compelling narratives for leadership. Your weekly insights will answer not just "what happened" but "why it happened" and "what we should do next," directly influencing product roadmap priorities and budget allocation. • Champion a culture of experimentation. You will design A/B and multivariate tests for subject lines, send times, content blocks, and CTAs, then rigorously analyze results to unlock incremental gains that compound into significant revenue impact. • Partner with our product and data teams to integrate new event streams—course completions, quiz scores, subscription changes—into HubSpot, enabling hyper-personalized messaging that feels magical to the end user. • Stay ahead of privacy and deliverability trends. You will monitor ISP policies, GDPR/CCPA updates, and SMS carrier rules to ensure Wall Street Prep remains a trusted sender with industry-leading inbox placement. • Scale the program globally. As we expand into new languages and regions, you will localize templates, manage preference centers, and coordinate with regional stakeholders to deliver culturally relevant campaigns at scale. • Celebrate wins and learn from misses. You will lead post-mortems that turn every campaign into a learning opportunity, fostering a growth mindset across the marketing organization. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
