Key Responsibilities
• Obtain and verify accurate behavioral health and telehealth information for clients
• Provide essential information and support to admissions, utilization review, and billing teams
• Explain benefits and coverage information to clients and their families post-admission
Required Qualifications
• Insurance experience required, preferably in verification of benefits
• Behavioral health experience preferred
