VP of Operations – Mental Health | Remote Telehealth / Virtual Mental Health Established Start-Up with Multi-State Expansion Full-time, Permanent $140,000–$200,000 + Full Benefits Remote – United States HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently hiring a remote VP of Operations for an established and growing Mental Health organization offering leading evidence based virtual therapy services. This position is ideal for a hands-on operator ready to lead in a stable high growth environment. • Work FT, 40 hours per week (flexible remote schedule) • Oversee all day-to-day business operations of piloted state (OH) • Provide continuous oversite on growth in OH market • Lead scaling initiatives from one state to multiple-state services • Evaluate billing and reimbursement models to inform state expansion strategies • Establish and lead clinical hiring metrics, policies, and procedures • Build out future business development, implementing new hires • Keep abreast all mental health trends and clinical operations • Collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer, Marketing, Legal, and HR • Understand start-up culture and lead with entrepreneurial spirit • Establish KPIs and lead reporting presentations for Executive team • Report to COO VP of Operations, Telehealth Start-Up Requirements: • 4 years Senior Operational Leadership within a Mental Health organization • 3 years’ experience within a successful start-up • Knowledge of mental health policies, reimbursement, and credentialing • Proven track record of scaling business operations VP of Operations, Telehealth Start-Up Compensation: • 140K-200K Salaried • Future profit-sharing potential • Health, Dental, Vision • PTO + Holidays Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
