Role Description
We are seeking a part time to full-time Office Manager to join our team in Hingham, MA. This remote role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining office equipment to ensure a productive work environment. The Office Manager will also interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service to facilitate smooth communication and operations across departments.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, organization, and workflow management.
• Maintaining project level accounting organization including invoice management, vendor management, insurance documents, client billing, etc
.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems in a plus but not required.
• Highly organized with attention to detail with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in using office software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Previous experience in office management, administration, accounting,
• or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
