Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives
Job Description:
• Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within product offerings, management, development, and enhancement
• Integration of adaptive technologies, and support of sales and members
• Support financial performance of the region
• Identify and support operational performance improvements and cost of care initiatives
• Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology across all product portfolios
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
• Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
• Experience across different market segments and product types
