Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative for Payments at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing superior customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Managing chat and email conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Being available to work on-call shifts, including holidays and weekends, to ensure seamless support for our customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, including networking, hardware, and software-related problems, and providing step-by-step solutions to customers
  • Addressing general use questions about our software and additional services, such as email marketing, text reminders, phone applications, and online booking websites
  • Training customers on how to utilize our software, features, and additional services to maximize their benefits
  • Assisting in exporting existing customer data for our database conversion team and importing converted data into the customer's software
  • Upselling additional add-on services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase revenue
  • Participating in daily departmental meetings to communicate recent customer issues and concerns, and collaborating with the team to improve our support processes
  • Communicating possible software bugs and customer-specific database issues to management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution
  • Tackling special projects as assigned, such as mobile app testing, beta version testing, customer follow-up, database conversion, and building computers

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative for Payments at arenaflex, you should possess:

  • Experience in payments or merchant processing, with a solid understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Prior customer service experience providing support via phone, chat, and/or email, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
