In this part-time role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary objective will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems

Location and Work Arrangements

This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. You will need to have a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection. We offer flexible scheduling, with day, evening, and night shifts available; you will need to be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
