We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services and Membership Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests every visit. Purpose and Deliverables

As a Customer Services and Membership Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our members and guests. Your key deliverables will include:

  • Demonstrating a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members
  • Greeting guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone
  • Anticipating guest and member needs and responding accordingly by providing clear direction, accurate information, and support through our tools and technology
  • Being familiar with our membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats
  • Providing club tours, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and booking personal training consultations
  • Consistently finding ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing member feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas
  • Executing daily responsibilities to arenaflex's high standards, including following guest and member check-in processes and procedures, completing daily cleaning and hourly club walks, restocking merchandise, and processing sales

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Fitness industry experience or knowledge of fitness programs and services
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base rate of $11.30 per hour, plus commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales. You will also receive two complimentary gym memberships, 401k options, and access to our comprehensive benefits package.
