arenaflex's MVRecovery division is a full-service recovery operation that connects lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in securing collateral for our clients. Our technology is only as effective as the people behind it, which is why we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled CSR Administrator to work in our fast-paced recovery environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, assigning field agents to each account, and updating designated accounts with new information received from clients. You will also communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. A successful CSR Administrator will be able to facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure that field agents are assigned to each account
- Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
- Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
- Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
- Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and field agents
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position)
- Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Experience with collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit would be beneficial
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
- Experience with customer service-related interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
