As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing chat and email support to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* IT-related background, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
