**Key Responsibilities**
As a Phone & Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication with clients and customers
* Following established communication scripts to address various topics and concerns
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing alternatives to meet their requirements
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide exceptional customer service
* Performing data entry and customer service skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Navigating online systems efficiently to access client information and resources
* Working with clients to request and record shift sign-ups, verifying credentials as needed
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to switch between tasks without compromising efficiency or composure
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, with a commitment to building strong relationships
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online systems and software
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learning skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a full-time Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
* Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Work hours between 8:00am-8:00pm (EST), with rotating weekends
* Paid training for 3 weeks, from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
* Full-time status, with 40 hours per week
* Equipment provided, with shipping to your home for full-time permanent employees
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
**Hardware and Software Requirements**
To ensure seamless performance and security, we require:
* Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater
* Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits
* Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required
* USB headset
* Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform, with a recent scan completed
* Firewall enabled, with regular scans and updates
